Shipping & Returns
We stand behind our products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timing varies based on your location.
Returns
30-Day Returns
Not right for you? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unopened products come back as they are. If you've opened it, just send back the bottle with the unused portion inside. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label either way.
How to Start a Return
Email us at productteam@plulaboratories.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us, since unsolicited returns can't be accepted.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Damages & Order Issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at productteam@plulaboratories.com and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at productteam@plulaboratories.com.
