Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping & Returns

We stand behind our products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Shipping

All orders ship free with no minimum. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timing varies based on your location.

Returns

Unopened Items

If your order arrives unopened and you'd like to return it, we'll accept it within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Opened or Partially Used Items

We handle these on a case-by-case basis. If you've tried the product and have concerns, reach out - we'll do our best to work with you. Contact us within 30 days of receipt.

How to Start a Return

Email us at productteam@plulaboratories.com with your order number and reason for return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first - unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Damages & Order Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at productteam@plulaboratories.com and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at productteam@plulaboratories.com.
