We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at productteam@plulaboratories.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Timeline

• Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
• Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
• Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution
