Refund policy

Return Eligibility & Process

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: We do not accept returns on gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first—those returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
