Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Unopened, unused items in original packaging are accepted for return, no questions asked. For opened or partially used items, reach out to us and we'll work with you - we handle these on a case-by-case basis.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at productteam@plulaboratories.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with next steps and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first - unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Because all PLU Laboratories shipments are fully insured, we may require clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, or the completion of a brief verification form for our shipping insurance provider, before a refund or replacement can be issued without a physical return. Alternatively, you may opt to return the item using a prepaid shipping label provided by us, and a full refund will be processed upon receipt.
Lost or Missing Packages (Marked "Delivered")
If your tracking information shows that your package was successfully delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact your local carrier branch. Packages are occasionally left in secure alternative spots or scanned slightly early by the mail carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, we want to help make it right. Because we protect our shipments through a shipping insurance provider, we can initiate a formal investigation on your behalf. In order to issue a replacement or refund for a package marked as delivered, our insurance carrier requires a brief verification form or a signed affidavit to validate the claim. We may also request photos of the delivery location or a statement from you to submit on your behalf to help expedite this process. As soon as the required documentation is submitted and verified, PLU Laboratories will immediately process your replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
