Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Unopened, unused items in original packaging are accepted for return, no questions asked. For opened or partially used items, reach out to us and we'll work with you - we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at productteam@plulaboratories.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with next steps and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first -- unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
